• Your birth date, time, and place. For relationship readings, the same for the second person. For business readings, the date and place of incorporation or launch.
• The text of the question you ask, and any context you choose to share.
• Basic technical data when you visit the site (server logs: IP address, browser type, page accessed, timestamp), used only for security and operations.

3. Why we collect it

We use your data only to prepare and deliver your reading, to respond to your questions about it, and to keep records as required by law (for example, accounting). We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Where it is stored

The data is stored on a private server hosted in the European Union. Email correspondence is kept in our mailbox provider. We choose providers that meet GDPR standards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your reading commission record for as long as needed to honour our obligations to you, plus the period required by law for accounting (typically up to seven years in the EU). You can ask us to delete personal data outside that legal retention window at any time.

6. Your rights

Under EU and UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention windows.
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
